While I am certainly a Lilly Pulitzer fan year-round, I think most Lilly lovers would agree with me that there's just something extra special about Lilly's summer collections each year! I always get extra excited to pull out my favorite warm-weather Lilly styles in the late spring. This year's Lilly Pulitzer summer collection is amazing as always. I already shared one of the newest dresses in this outfit post from a couple weeks ago- check it out if you haven't yet!

For the past year, I've really enjoyed visiting the Lilly Pulitzer River Road store in Richmond to bring you try-on hauls of each season's collection! I often find that certain Lilly items look different online then they do in person, and sizing can vary between various styles, so I hope these try-ons are a resource to you with your Lilly shopping. It's also fun for me to get familiar with everything in the current collections, since these items be found marked down in a few months in the After Party Sale!

I also have to give a special shout-out- the store team at the River Road location is just wonderful! The sweetest team of ladies work there,  who are all huge Lilly lovers and are so helpful to assist in any way while you're shopping. The River Road store is also the larger store size-wise out of the two Lilly stores in Richmond- it's one of the most spacious Lilly stores that I've ever been to.

For sizing reference on this try-on: for my height I am just shy of 5"7, I have a 34C chest, and I typically wear a size 4 or 6 in clothing from other brands- just depends on the fit and the fabric!

I absolutely love Lilly's Luxletic collection of athletic wear. Everything Luxletic that I own is not only super comfortable and cute for working out, but the quality holds up incredibly well after many wears and washes! I really liked this tank and shorts combo- both fit true to size. I could see myself looking for either of these in the next After Party Sale!

The perfect casual summer romper to wear either as a swimsuit cover-up (the fabric interior feels kind of like terry-cloth!), or wear it on its own as an outfit. A comfy romper is a summer essential, and I especially love the Boatylicious print on this one.

Another cute swimsuit cover-up option!! I loved the Johana cover-up. I think it could also easily double as a casual summer dress too?! Definitely not a cover-up that you could only wear to the beach or pool. And I also loved these Katelyn sandals!! I liked them so much I wore them with most of the other outfits in this try-on. They fit TTS (I'm size 9) and they're gorgeous!!

I thought the Lina top was so cute that I styled it in two colors for this try-on! I'm wearing the S, which fit me great in the stomach area, but was a tiny bit snug in the shoulders (I have broad shoulders for my frame). While the M might have fit me better in the shoulders, I'm worried the stomach would've been too baggy, so I stuck with the S.
This Colette stretch skort is my FAVORITE item of the entire try-on! I will definitely be looking for this in the next After Party Sale. In previous collections, I haven't loved some of the skort styles because I found the material too stiff and that they weren't very comfortable. Since this skort is stretchy, it feels absolutely amazing to wear! Seriously can't recommend this enough!!

Here's the other color of the Lina top! I styled it here with the Buttercup stretch shorts- much like the Colette stretch skort in the last outfit, the fact these are made of stretchy material makes them so much better than the original Buttercup style! This is such a fun casual yet put-together outfit.

I love casual cotton Lilly dress styles, and the Camilla is a really fun style! Definitely easy to dress up or down. The pom poms along the neckline also make for a whismiscal touch! It fits true to size and is very flattering on.

The first thing I thought when I saw this dress hanging at the Lilly Pulitzer River Road store was "That's a Lilly dress?!" Here's the perfect dress for any Lilly lovers who might not be into neon colors or super bold prints. This dress is equal parts classy and classic, and would be perfect for workwear! I tried it on in size M which was a little bit big- I would probably be my normal size S in this.

What's a Lilly try-on without a classic Lilly Mila shift?! One of the most iconic dress styles of the past few years for the brand! I always enjoy seeing which prints the Mila will be released in each season. Mila shifts fit true to size.

Okay I think I accidently lied when I said the Colette skort was my favorite item of this try-on... my favorite is definitely this pink jumpsuit of my dreams! I saved the best for last. 😉 This is incredibly flattering and flirty, incredibly comfortable and well-fitting... and incredibly pink! I didn't take this home with me that day, but truth be told I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. This jumpsuit comes with a tie for a bow around the waist, but I actually liked wearing it better without that.

Do you have a favorite look from today's try-on? Be sure to check out all of the gorgeous Lilly new arrivals online (there are a few online exclusive!), and if you're in Virginia stop by to see my friends at Lilly Pulitzer River Road in Richmond! And today (6/11) Lilly is doing free gifts with purchase- so if you saw anything in this post that you liked, today's the day to snag it.

      God Bless,

      xoxo Annaliese
