Merry Christmas Eve! 🎄Keeping things short and sweet on the blog today, but I wanted to share this cute red dress with you. I know that red is traditionally a December color for fashion, but I think this dress could also brighten up some January and February outfits in the winter months to come!

I've been seeing similar tie-front dresses like this one all over in 2019, and I finally had to try one for myself before the end of the year! This cute red dress is under $20, and I think the tie in the front makes it very flattering for the stomach area. This dress is what I wore to my work holiday party this year, and I have a feeling I'll be wearing it more in early February as Valentine's Day approaches!
Every year on the blog for the past several, I try to share some sort of a dressy holiday look by a Christmas tree. Here's a little look back at my annual holiday outfit posts from 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018! This is the first year I've taken them with an indoor tree instead of a huge outdoor one, but it still feels festive! I couldn't let Christmas get here without partaking in my annual tradition. 🙂
Wishing you a wonderful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day tomorrow!! As I shared in an update post on the blog last week, I had some last minute changes to my Christmas plans, so I will be having a quiet one here in Virginia this year. I am thankful that my mom continues to be on the mend from being in the hospital, and for modern technology so I can easily stay in touch with my parents tomorrow! I only have tomorrow off of work anyways for Christmas, my 3:30am wake-up call will come bright and early again on Thursday. Speaking of Thursday- that's my one year anniversary of being a morning show co-host with Marc!! I cannot believe that the first year has gone by so fast. I have a special radio Q&A post planned for Thursday that I hope you'll check out! For now, wishing y'all a blessed Christmas- may it be filled for the blessings of celebrating Jesus!
