This top was an impulse buy at Target this past fall. Anything with bright colors and a fun print is bound to be a weakness of mine, and I loved how the print on this top was perfect to wear in all seasons. I got a lot of use out of this shirt in the cooler months by layering it with some of my favorite cardigans and jeans for casual looks, or pairing it with dress pants and heels as a business-casual outfit for sorority chapter meetings. And now that spring is finally here, I was able to find a whole new way to style it!
My shorts are from J. Crew Factory, and I adore their chino shorts for the warmer months. They come in such a wide range of colors and have a pretty reasonable price point! I also feel that they're just the perfect length- not too short, not too long, just right!
You might have noticed that I don't wear my hair straight in many of my blog pictures! Fun fact: I actually used to have naturally straight hair. I got a perm at the start of my freshman year of college (right around the time that I started this blog!), and it truly did permanently change my hair. My hair is now wavy (kind of like beach waves 24/7 unless I add more curl it), but lately I have been desiring to straighten it more again and take it back to its original "natural" state. What do y'all think?

ReplyDeleteI love this outfit, especially that top. I don't think I could pull off such a vibrant print, but you pull it off flawlessly! And your hair looks great either way.
