Floral tank for Fall...

Top: Ann Taylor // Jeans: American Eagle Outfitters // Blazer: Ann Taylor // Booties: Steve Madden {found mine at TJ Maxx- very similar here!} // Purse: Michael Kors // Earrings: c/o Gabe's // Necklace: Kendra Scott // Bracelets: c/o Taudrey // Lips: L'Oreal Colour Riche Lipgloss in Dancing Rose {sold out}

     Just popping in to share a quick outfit from Fall Break! I arrived here in Asheville yesterday for a quick overnight trip with my bestie, Mia. Neither of us had ever been to this part of North Carolina before, and Fall is supposed to be the perfect time to visit the mountains!

     This cute floral tank from Ann Taylor was actually something that I purchased this summer with intentions of wearing it on my study abroad travels in France! But where the weather ended up being so hot for so much of the trip, and I also wasn't feeling too well for a lot of it, I ended up mostly wearing older clothes of mine while I was there. Plus- I feel like the navy and floral pattern in this top is much more fitting for the autumn months! It's silky and oh-so-flattering, and I know that it would be perfect to wear for Date Night! (All that I need now is a cute boy! :-) )

     Thanks so everyone who sent Asheville recommendations my way! I'll definitely be writing more about my little trip here. Being totally honest- I don't think that Asheville is one of my favorite places that I've ever been to and I don't see myself dying to return here anytime soon. I have had a blast with Mia, but the city itself reminds me a ton of up North where I'm from, and the whole reason that I like going to school down here is to have a change of scenery- haha! I would definitely return to Asheville though to go to the famous Biltmore Estate- we didn't get a chance to do that this time!

  4. Pretty tank! Love the color and pattern. I'm having trouble matching my tank tops with fall-appropriate pieces! They sit idle in my closet until spring comes!
