Ramblings:
- Year end blog posts: Last year I shared two year end blog posts: one recapping the year for me in blogging, and one sharing some highlights for the year in my personal life. I'm thinking about doing the same thing again for 2016, and sharing both posts next week. Would y'all like to see two separate posts again?
- Headed home: I leave tomorrow for Maine and I'll be there for a week. I have only spent a grand total of 48 hours visiting home in 2016, so this visit is definitely overdue! My parents have been to Charlotte quite a few times in 2016, so I think I'm most excited on this trip to catch up with some of my high school friends. I've lived in the South for so many years now and really started to build a life down here, but it's still always a treat to see old friends.
- Internship news: For some personal news- I'm very excited to share that I will be beginning a new radio internship after New Years'! I can't believe that I'm already halfway done broadcasting school. I'm planning to work as hard as I can at both my new internship and on my own portfolio projects at school this winter so that I can hopefully be employed by the time that I finish my program this spring.
Purchases:
- I recently purchased what I am convinced is the comfiest sweater dress in the world! It's so flattering on as well. I'll be styling it in an upcoming blog post soon!
- I also recently picked up the cutest neon pink Vineyard Vines baseball cap. I saw it in-store on Black Friday- and could not stop thinking about it! I can't find the exact one that I purchased anywhere online, but this one is a lighter pink.
xoxo Miss ALK
