I cannot believe I get to share the most happy news of my life with you on the blog today! It did not feel real typing out the title for this blog post. (Yes, five exclamation points in the title were 100% necessary!)
On Sunday, November 19th 2023, Ryan asked me to marry him. I was completely surprised and mind-blown. (I thought we were just doing Christmas card photos... that I had set up! 😉) Ryan proposing in the middle of the photoshoot truly felt like an out-of-body experience and it's still hard for me to describe how I felt in that moment! I will try to share the full proposal story here on the blog next week. (Perhaps that will be my first official "Wedding Wednesday" blog post?! Eeeek!) But for today, I just wanted a quick post to share the incredible news, and to share a couple of these preview photos from our photographer.
I cannot believe I get to go into Thanksgiving Week 2023 feeling like the luckiest girl in the world! And that I am a fiancé!! Ryan is an answer to many years of prayers for my future husband (really more like decades worth of prayers), and I am so humbled that God gave me the blessing of being his wife someday.
