LILLY PULITZER SUNSHINE SALE: Day 2 Picks + Items I Own and Love On Sale

      It's the second day of the Fall Lilly Pulitzer Sunshine Sale! I actually didn't up purchasing too much yesterday morning when the sale started, but luckily the fun continues with Lilly adding in new items today and tomorrow. One thing that I did notice yesterday though was how many items I already own and love are included in the sale this year. I wanted to give a shout-out to a few things I love and wear often that you might also want to add to your closet, and then close this post with some of the just released second day new arrivals!

Favorite Lilly items in the Sunshine Sale:

• Margot dress: This is one of my most worn very casual Lilly dress styles! It also works great as a beach or pool cover-up, so you'll definitely get your use out of it in the warmer months. I will say- this dress runs large. I still wear an XS in the Margot dresses I own... and I can't fit into that size in anything else Lilly! 

• Lorina dress: Another casual Lilly dress style that I just love! (See one of mine styled here!) This style definitely fits more true to size. I like how this style of dress can easily look a little bit nicer with the right shoes and accessories, or you can easily dress it down, too. 

• Luxletic leggings: When I got my first pair of Lilly leggings years ago, I was doubtful of what the quality would be like. At full price, they're at similar price points to brands like Lululemon. Where Lilly doesn't specialize in workout clothing, could they actually be worth it?! The answer is yes! The quality of the Luxletic leggings is phenomenal. And they truly stand the test of time! I've had my first pair over five years, and they are still in excellent condition despite all the wear and washes. If you're curious about them, can't recommend trying them enough.

• Luxletic skorts: I lived in these all spring and summer long this year! Just like the leggings, the Luxletic skorts are amazing quality and stand the test of time through lots of washes and wears. I like the Aila style for tennis or casual weekend wear, and the Monica style is a bit longer which is perfect for golf! Can't say enough great things about these skorts.

• Swimwear: Such a fun way to show your Lilly Pulitzer love by wearing it at the beach or pool! I've seen mixed reviews of the quality of Lilly swim, but I personally have had great experiences with the pieces I own. 

What I Purchased This Year:

• Kienna Cardigan: This unfortunately sold out yesterday, but this (full priced) style is very similar! 

• Mila Shift: Just added in today for the second day of the sale! I sold a few shifts that were a little too small for me now earlier this summer, so I bought this one to "replace" those in my closet. Love the print of this too! 

• The other items I bought this year are all gifts for friends. 😊 These sales are a such a great time to be thinking ahead for Christmas and birthday gifts!
