Fall Fashion Savings with Savings.com!

Today's blog post is sponsored by Savings.com. Thank you for supporting the brands that support Southern Belle in Training!

As I was trying to do an end-of-season summer closet clean-out last month, I had a realization. While I have a well-rounded collection of spring and summer clothes and accessories that I love wearing year after year, the fall and winter sections of my closet are really lacking. I've always gravitated more towards buying the styles and colors of fashion in the warmer months, but now I realize that's lead to 60-70% of my closet being pieces I love for warm weather, and the other 30-40% of my closet are styles that I'm just feeling mediocre about for wearing in cooler weather.

I am excited to really start building a fall and winter wardrobe that I'm excited about, but there's one big hinderance to my plan. I'm trying to do this on a thoughtful budget this year. After losing my last radio job this spring and taking a very entry level job in a new field, I'm currently making way less money than I was a year ago. I'm also spending more money this year than I ever have, due to getting married this November! Wedding expenses keep piling up. I share all this to stress that saving money where I can on fun things like clothing and accessories has never been more important to me than right now. I'm trying to make only thoughtful and intentional purchases, and not get anything for myself at full price.

That's why I was so excited to recently learn about Savings.com! They generate a constant real-time collection of the best coupons, deals and promotions at so many of my favorite stores. It's 100% free to use their website. Just find your favorite retailer in their lengthy list of partner stores, select a great offer that you'd like to take advantage of, and click on it! It's that easy to save when shopping online.

     J. Crew Factory always has such good fall and winter staple pieces, so I thought they'd be a great one to start with for updating some cold weather basics in my closet. I was thrilled to see that have all sorts of great deals available on Savings.com. Take a look at just some of the great offers that were going on a couple of weeks ago when I was shopping:

With stacking multiple coupon codes that I learned about from Savings.com, I was able to get so much bang for my buck! The largest J. Crew Factory order that I've ever made showed up at my apartment the next week, and seeing everything in person I truly couldn't believe how much great fall stuff I was able to get while staying within my budget! I did have to bring one item into my local J. Crew Factory store to exchange for another size. When the salesclerk was handling my exchange, she even told me she couldn't even believe the great deals that I had gotten on the order. I told her it was all Savings.com! 😉

Savings.com partners with hundreds of retailers besides J. Crew Factory! Some of my other favorites on their platform include Target, Lilly Pulitzer, Red Dress Boutique and so many more. They even have deals for some travel booking websites and home decor retailers! So many possibilities to save with your online shopping.

I'm thankful that I was able to stay in my budget and get great deals on some gorgeous new fall fashion pieces. You'll have to stay tuned to see what I ordered soon!

Delilah trying to enjoy her share of the deals!

      God Bless,

      xoxo Annaliese
