      Some of the best sales of spring are here once again! I always enjoy keeping tabs on which of my favorite brands and retailers are having good sales for Memorial Day Weekend. This year's round-up is below! 

     This year I also made sure to note which sales are better than the ones from last year. It is nice to see some brands raising their discounts and promotions this time around! Here is my 2026 Memorial Day sales guide:

2025 Black Friday // Cyber Week Sales + What We Did for Thanksgiving

      Happy Black Friday + Cyber Sales Weekend! I was reflecting while writing this post about how Black Friday for me has changed over the years. During high school and college, I never missed a Black Friday at the mall. I truly looked forward to it all year!! I even once had the experience of being on the other side when I had to work at my mall retail job on Thanksgiving night in 2016. 

     The last time though that I went physically out shopping at the mall for Black Friday was in 2021, my first holiday season living in Virginia Beach. Being in a mall setting just wasn't hitting quite like it used to. These days I really do feel like all of the best deals and steals are to be found online. I still very much enjoying shopping in-person throughout the year, but on Black Friday I prefer to be home and shopping from my laptop these days. 😊

Amazon Prime Day 2025: Things I Own + Love On Sale!

       Amazon Prime Day is in full swing for 2025! I was pleasantly surprised to see so many of my favorite fashion and home items that I already own and love being included in this year's sale. I know there are so many bloggers and influencers spamming you at all directions right now with Prime Day picks. Hope it's okay to just share a handful items that I personally own and use. 😊 

     All of these are currently at lower price points than I purchased them for! The fashion items are all things I've bought myself that I love to wear and think are good quality. The home decor items are a mix of things I've bought, as well as some of my favorite wedding registry items that I was gifted at bridal showers!

Best Memorial Day Weekend Sales 2025

    I am getting this holiday weekend sales post up a bit later than normal, please forgive me! Starting my new job this week delayed me a bit from getting around to blogging tasks. I know that I have had a busy start to the long weekend though, and I didn't even get around to starting to browse sales until this morning (Sunday). My hope is maybe it was the same for others, too! 😊

    I have to say, I am more impressed with the MDW sales than I have been the past couple of years! (Granted I didn't do much shopping this time last year since I had just lost my job and was in the thick of wedding planning + expenses, but still.) But this year I am fairly impressed! Memorial Day Weekend Sales 2024

    I hope you're having a great start to the holiday weekend! I have to be honest here: I think Memorial Day Weekend Sales can be very hit or miss year to year. Some years I am extremely underwhelmed. This year is not one of those years though!! I am very pleased with a lot of the offerings from some of my favorite stores, and I think you will be too.

LILLY PULITZER SUNSHINE SALE: Winter 2024 Sale Dates + Info! 🌴🌸

     My favorite way to start off a new year is with news about the winter edition of the Lilly Pulitzer Sunshine Sale! I am more excited than normal for this Lilly sale. Why? Because I will be on the hunt for all things wedding! White things to wear for our engagement party or my bridal shower, a cute piece or two to wear for engagement photos, and dresses to wear for friends' upcoming weddings. Bring on the shopping! 😀

Black Friday Sales 2023 + What I Plan to Buy

     Happy Black Friday!! Historically, this is one of my favorite days of the entire year. I went shopping at the mall every single year from 2007-2021 without fail. By 2021 I started to realize that I think my days of getting up early and braving the crowds were coming to an end, but I still really look forward to Black Friday shopping online of course! (As well as Small Business Saturday!)

      Lilly Pulitzer has officially announced their 2023 Sunshine Sale dates! There are a few new changes regarding this sale that are a little bit different than how they've done the sales in recent years. But I think these are all good changes, since they give Lilly fans more ways to shop.

Memorial Day Weekend Sales 2023 + Recent Purchases.

      For the past couple of years, I've been shopping a lot less regularly than I used to for clothes, shoes and accessories. Partly because I finally have a good grasp on my personal style in my late 20s and don't make as many impulse fashion purchases anymore. And also, for trying to be more financially smart in all areas of spending (and cutting down on unnecessary fashion purchases is any easy way to do that). 

      I have still added some new pieces to my wardrobe throughout this spring. But almost everything has either been marked down to a good sale price, from a retailer that I had a gift card to, or found secondhand at a local consignment store. Since Memorial Day Weekend is such a big time for sales, I wanted to share links to some of the purchases that I've made in the last few months, as well as some sales this weekend at some of my favorite retailers!

I actually didn't up purchasing too much yesterday morning when the sale started, but luckily the fun continues with Lilly adding in new items today and tomorrow. One thing that I did notice yesterday though was how many items I already own and love are included in the sale this year. BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER WEEKEND SALES 2021

     Happy Thanksgiving!!! I shared on Instagram this morning that I possibly have more to be thankful for this year in 2021 than any year before. Today I headed down to Eastern North Carolina to spend the day with my aunt and uncle! I actually have a work event tomorrow morning, so I'll be back in Virginia Beach by this evening to get ready for that. I'll be doing my Black Friday shopping at the mall a little later in the day than normal because of work, but that's totally okay!
