We've had a heatwave the past week in Coastal Virginia, and realistically colder weather won't be headed our way until at least October or November. But hot temperatures outside aside, I've been enjoying seeing some early fall fashion collections popping up at my favorite retailers! I shared these finds on Instagram and LTK this week, but wanted also wanted to share here on my blog.

J. Crew Factory has been one of my favorite fall fashion destinations for years now. They always have fall pieces that are the perfect mix of classic and trendy. I am loving the blue and green vibes for their early fall collection this year! This isn't necessarily a traditional fall color combo, but honestly this is much more my vibe vs. traditional autumnal color palettes.

I also wanted to highlight all of the beautiful and very trendy block print styles that J. Crew Factory currently has in-stock! Block printing traces its roots back to Asia, and lots of block printed styles are still made by artisans in India and other nearby countries. While it is great to support small businesses and brands that sell artisan-made garments when possible, they often come at a high price tag. All of these cute J. Crew Factory block print styles are under $100! Perfect to wear now in late summer, and transition for early fall.

I saw this week that Walmart also is putting out their early fall fashion collections. I love the Free Assembly, Time & Tru and Scoop fashion lines at Walmart. The best part of these picks is that everything featured is under $30! I especially love the matching cardigan and sweater dress set- how darling! I'd never guess a set like that was from Walmart.
