Black Friday 2019: HUGE Sale List + What I'm Buying!

     Happy Thanksgiving!! I had thought I'd be finishing this post this evening and getting it up for you tomorrow bright and early, but due to some changes in my travel plans it's actually getting up now. Early shopping anyone? 😉

     Here's what's going on travel-wise! I am flying out of one of the Washington DC airports this morning to head home to Maine for a quick Thanksgiving trip, and I had to be up at 2:30 to drive that far to the airport in time for a morning flight. Unfortunately, my car battery was dead this morning!! I do have AAA thankfully, and they were able to come jump my car. Sadly though the technician that came out thinks that there is something more seriously wrong with my car, and that I might need it jumped again on Sunday when I fly back. Since I was flying out of DC and not Charlottesville, I took the risk and still drove myself to the airport (that's way too far for Uber). I ended up missing my original flight, so I currently have awhile to hang in the airport before a later flight to Maine. Whew!! All this happened before 9am today- what a start to Thanksgiving 2019.

    Anyways- this is one of the biggest Black Friday / Cyber Weekend sale lists I've ever done on the blog!! Since I have time to kill today, I made sure to be very thorough in the amount of retailers I'm covering this year. Provided that I make it home to Maine 😅I will be Black Friday shopping in person at the mall tomorrow!! The mall back home in Maine isn't as large or good as some of the ones in the South that I've grown accustomed to shopping at, but it does have a LOFT, Old Navy, Banana Republic J. Crew Factory and Express so I know I'll definitely be visiting those stores in person tomorrow! Here's a few things on my Black Friday / Cyber Monday list this year:

• Finish Christmas shopping for my parents, a Secret Santa swap that I have with Charlottesville friends, Marc (my radio co-host) and other friends
• Underwear (lol- but cheaper to buy on sale days like this!)
• Dress pants
• Dressy winter tops  (I have a ton of sweaters but not a lot of nice winter blouses)
• Pajamas 
• Slippers 
• Black and/or nude pumps (new pairs of both if price is good enough!)
• Winter dresses
• Candles (I might wait to get these back in Charlottesville though)
• And last but not least, a possible large splurge item for myself if I am a responsible spender with these other things 😆
